Orders take 2 to 7 business days to process before they ship. Hawaii, Alaska and Canada are quoted at checkout by weight and destination.

Returns
Email us within 2 days of delivery and your return label is free. Claims made after 48 hours are charged a $7.50 label fee. We can't accept returns on used glass, so get in touch before you use it.

Broken, missing or wrong item
Send your order number and a photo within 2 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement.

Every piece is handmade, so small differences in color, shape and size are normal.

Bowls, slides and downstems are sold on their own, so you replace the part, not the whole piece. Shop bowls & slides or downstems.

Thickness is in the title and specs. 5mm is our standard. 7mm and 9mm pieces are heavier and take more knocks: see the 9mm thick beakers.

Rinse with hot water after each session so buildup never sets. Once a week, shake it with isopropyl alcohol and coarse salt, then rinse well.

I was on the fence of buying this piece for almost a year. I finally decided to and it's a beaut. I love the bubble chamber. It looks so unique and functions really well. I love watching all the bubbles from in there and smoke STACKS in that area. I threw a k-clip on it because I was sorta pulling the down stem along with the bowl. Better to be safe then sorry! It's a smooth piece. I put a 90° tree ashcatcher on this bad boy and it became smoother but with more resistance. It's a damn good piece and for the price it's even better! :)))
