How long does it take to ship my order?

Orders ship from Los Angeles, California. Processing typically takes 2–7 business days depending on product availability and order volume.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free shipping on orders over $75 within the lower 48 United States.

Orders under $75 are charged a flat shipping rate.

Where do you ship from?

All orders ship from our fulfillment center in Los Angeles, California.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently offer limited international shipping, including shipping to Canada through USPS.

What if my order arrives broken or damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at smokeafm@gmail.com and include:

  • A photo of the damaged item
  • A photo of the shipping box with the label visible

Damage must be reported within 2 days of delivery so we can review the issue and provide a replacement or store credit if applicable.
