Do you offer Free Shipping? Where do you ship from?
We ship from Los Angeles, California. Unfortunately we do not offer free shipping, we charge carrier based rates, meaning you pay exactly what it costs to ship your order based on destination and weight of the package.

Do you offer free returns? What is your return policy?

We have partnered with Route, a leader in package protection and tracking solutions. By selecting Route+ at checkout your order will be protected from damage, loss*, or theft. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for more info.

Our return policy is 2 days and is strictly enforced. Any return claims must be emailed to smokeafm@gmail.com by 48hrs of order delivery in order to not be charged a return label fee if reason is valid for return. Claims made after 48hrs will be charged a $7.50 return label fee.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently we do not offer international shipping. We ship within USA and Canada only. We would like to best accommodate your needs so feel free to email us at smokeafm@gmail.com to see if we can better help you out.

How Long does it take to ship my order?
Orders ship from Los Angeles, California, and can take anywhere from 2-7 business days for processing your order and getting it shipped out depending on current stock.


What if my order is broken or damaged?
If your order arrives broken or damaged, please contact smokeafm@gmail.com with a picture of the item next to your package with the shipping label visible. You have 2 days to report the breakage. Once we’ve had a chance to look it over, we’ll either issue a replacement or offer store credit.
If you broke your piece on accident, please contact smokeafm@gmail.com for a special one-time discount. 


LEGAL NOTE: Please dispose of all broken glass carefully and responsibly. AFM GLASS is not liable for any harm inflicted by broken glass products.
