Shipping & Returns
We currently are unable to offer free shipping. We charge a Carriar weight based shipping rate. The price you pay is calculated by your location, weight, and speed of delivery. We thoroughly wrapping and packing your order to prevent any damages.
At the moment, we only ship to the United States and Canada. If you would like to order from us and your destination country is currently unavailable, please contact us at email@example.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.
For your privacy, all packages are shipped in unmarked brown or USPS boxes. Packages may include fragile stickers for safe handling, with a return address of Alien Flower Monkey.
- How long does shipping take?
Orders ship from Los Angeles, Calif., and will take anywhere from 2 - 7 business days for delivery depending on current stock.
Orders of in-stock items placed before 2pm PST on regular business days, ship out no later than the end of the following day, but usually earlier.
If an item is out of stock, it will require an additional production time of 2 - 3 business days. Special requests and customizations may require additional production time as well.
Either way, we strive to pack and ship items as soon as an order is placed. Once the package is with USPS, it is out of our control.
- How can I track my order?
You can track your order anytime after the product has been packed and shipped using the tracking number found in your confirmation email.
RETURNS & REPLACEMENT POLICY
AFM is proud to partner with Route, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions. By selecting Route+ at checkout your order will be protected from damage, loss*, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement. We are excited to offer this service to you and we highly recommend you use Route+ package protection at checkout.
*Claims for packages marked "delivered" yet not received and where there is no evidence of “porch piracy” must be made 5 days after “delivery date” but no longer than 15 days to ensure it was not misdelivered or easily found around the premises." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
All return claims must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48hrs of order delivery with photos to be eligible for a free return label. Any order return claims emailed after 48 hours will be charged $7.50 for a return label fee as well as a flat rate of $7.50 to ship a replacement back to you( shipping label cost might increase depending on item).
By placing an order you are committing to you purchase just as we are committing to serving your order to the best we can, if we provide you with the right item and a consistent high quality level product please understand that these items are all handmade, one of a kind, and size and color and products can have a slight degree of variance and can not be returned as easily as a smoke shop in person and this is why we charge a fee.
LEGAL DISCLAIMER: Although Cannabis is legal in some states, we cannot receive back any piece that has been used, regardless of what substances with which it was used or whether it has been thoroughly cleaned. If you think you'll need to return a piece for any reason, contact us before using it.
BROKEN OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives broken or damaged, please contact email@example.com with a picture of the item next to your package with the shipping label visible. You have 2 days to report the breakage. Once we’ve had a chance to look it over, we’ll either issue a replacement or offer store credit.
If you broke your piece on accident, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for a special one-time discount.
LEGAL NOTE: Please dispose of all broken glass carefully and responsibly. AFM GLASS is not liable for any harm inflicted by broken glass products.
Smaller items may have shifted during transit. Please check all packaging before throwing it away. If an item or component from your order is missing from the box upon arrival, please email email@example.com with your order number and a description of what’s missing.
You have 2 days to report a missing item. Once the shortage is confirmed, we’ll issue a replacement as soon as possible.
However, if you're claiming your entire package was never delivered or was stolen from your doorstep and UPS tracking information shows it was delivered correctly, you'll need to file a claim with UPS or submit a police report for stolen mail before we process a replacement.
If you would like your package to be shipped with a signature requirement, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org to request that.
If you receive something other than what you ordered, please contact email@example.com with a picture of the item next to your package with the shipping label visible.
You have 2 days to report an incorrect item. Once the error is confirmed, we’ll issue a replacement as soon as possible.
A defect is anything that interferes with the intended function of the piece and therefore makes it totally unusable, including:
Decals that flake or rub off, have holes, or are severely crooked or malformed
Unusual fragility (if you drop glass on the ground and it breaks, that is not unusual)
You have 2 days to report a defect in a piece you’ve ordered from smokeafm.com. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a description of the defect. Depending on the nature of the defect, we may ask you to send us a picture or video. Once the defect is confirmed, we’ll issue you a store credit for the value of the piece.
Some glass item dimensions may vary slightly from unit to unit. Please keep in mind that some minor aesthetic defects fall within our acceptable quality standards and will not be eligible for replacements or refunds.
AFM GLASS PRODUCTS FROM OTHER RETAILERS
Returns, replacements and store credits are for pieces purchased from afmsmoke.com only. If you bought a AFM GLASS product from another retailer (either a physical store or an online retailer), we are unfortunately not able to provide support.
