Shipping & Returns
At AFM Smoke, we work hard to make sure every order arrives safely and exactly as expected. Below you'll find details about our shipping process, returns, and how we handle any issues with your order.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders over $75 within the lower 48 United States.
Orders under $75 are charged a flat $7.50 shipping fee.
Where Orders Ship From
All orders are shipped from Los Angeles, California.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number so you can monitor delivery.
International Shipping
We offer limited international shipping, including shipping to Canada. Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
Processing Time
Orders typically take 2–7 business days to process before shipping depending on inventory and order volume.
During busy periods or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
Broken or Damaged Items
We pack every order carefully, but glass products can occasionally be damaged during shipping.
If your item arrives broken or damaged, email smokeafm@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item next to the package with the shipping label visible.
Damage must be reported within 2 days of delivery. Once verified, we will provide either a replacement item or store credit for the product value.
Missing Items
Sometimes smaller items can shift during shipping. Please check all packaging carefully before discarding it.
If something is missing, contact us with your order number and a description of the missing item. Once confirmed, we will send a replacement as soon as possible.
Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong product, please email us with your order number and a photo of the item received. Once the mistake is confirmed, we will send the correct item.
Defective Items
A defect is anything that prevents the piece from functioning properly — including cracks, leaks, blocked airflow, or poorly fitting joints.
Please report defects within 2 days of delivery with photos or video if possible. Once confirmed, we will issue store credit for the value of the item.
Returns & Used Items
Because glass products are often used with substances that are regulated differently across states, we cannot accept returns on used items.
If you believe you may need to return a piece, please contact us before using it.
Important Notes
Due to the handmade nature of glass products, slight variations in color, shape, and size may occur and are considered normal. These small differences make each piece unique.
